Happy 30th, dear Sister!

My sister turned 30 on March 2nd!  Since we were going to be in Arizona over the weekend when she was having her celebrations the kids and I decided to make a surprise visit!  I called her when we were about to pull in her driveway and then told her to look out her window.  It was so fun to see the reaction on her face and put the pieces together.  It was such a beautiful day on her birthday we made a trip to the park for the kids to play, but unfortunately it cooled down about the time we got to the park.

The following day we thought we'd be so smart and enjoy another beautiful day outside by going to the zoo.  Of course the weather didn't think it should stay nice and instead we did lots of bundling up and freezing from building to building, but we all still had a blast.  It always fun to watch our kids play together, but it was also a wonderful time for my sister and I to get some good bonding time in too!

Denver was big into hippos at this time so he was excited to see the hippos, but also scared!

The big boys checking out the hippo down below.

 Money see, monkey do!

Denver was awful cautious at the zoo until the very end of our visit.

1 of my sister's favorite things!

Sharing a juice box with her big cousin!

Kenna and Caleb bundled up to go outside again.

Lunch time.  We found a spot in the Madagascar exhibit to have our lunch, picnic style.

Denver pulling Jacob.  He last longer than I thought he would.
